About QUÁN

QUÁN is a small house in central Đà Lạt with a phin on every table and a kettle always warm. We roast in small batches from farms around Cầu Đất, scent our teas by hand with seasonal Đà Lạt flowers, and keep the room quiet enough to sit a long time.

    Traditional phin coffee

    Aluminium phin, dark-roast Tây Nguyên beans, slow drip — black, with condensed milk, or as a bạc xỉu.

  2. 02

    Hand-poured single-origin

    V60 and Kalita Wave with Cầu Đất single-origin — brewed cup by cup, tasting notes written by hand.

  3. 03

    Scented and herbal teas

    Lotus, jasmine, magnolia, heritage rose, plus mint, ginger-cinnamon and Đà Lạt artichoke.

  4. 04

    Pastries of the day

    Banana cake, magnolia tea cake, strawberry cheesecake, butter scones — small batch, daily.
